Luella Elementary Families,

If you hear laughter in the hallway, chances are I am nearby! As one of Luella Elementary's Assistant Principal, I believes school should be a place where students feel safe, families feel welcomed, and everyone knows they are  part of the pride.

With an open-door policy (seriously...if the door is closed, I am probably just chasing down a discipline referral or hiding from my email for five minutes!), I love getting to know students and their families. I believe that strong relationships are the foundation for student success and works hard to partner with families to ensure every Lion Cub reaches their fullest educational potential.

Whether I am handing out Cub Cash, celebrating student successes, cheering on teachers, or reminding everyone to ROAR: Be Respectful, Own Your Actions, Always Be Safe, and Be Ready to Learn. I am committed to helping make Luella Elementary a place where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

So, if you see me, don't be surprised if I know your child's name before you introduce yourself. Stop by, say hello, and remember…my door is always open (unless there's chocolate involved...then you may have to wait a minute!).
