Assistant Principal- Dr. Shawnee Blake

Dear Luella Cub Families,

I am elated to continue to serve as one of the Assistant Principals of Luella Elementary School this 2025-2026 school year and am grateful for the opportunity to help lead and serve at a school that is filled with individuals who only have the students' best interests at heart.
I have been dedicated to the field of education for 20 years and have worked with students ranging in age from Kindergarten through 5th grade as a general/special education and EIP teacher. My educational experience also includes being in the role of Student Support Facilitator where I was able to serve students, teachers and families of special education.

As your K-2 Assistant Principal, my goal is to foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Building strong relationships with students, families, and staff to ensure that we are working together to help every student succeed is a top priority.
